Definitions
Extiri’s website - includes everything served under extiri.com domain and it’s subdomains.
Extiri product - a service or product provided directly by Extiri. Extiri products are: CodeMenu, Snippets Store and Extiri’s website.
Extiri products - a collective name for all Extiri products.
User - an entity, including, but not limited to, company, individual person, who/which registered, purchased or uses a Extiri product.
Personal informations - informations allowing for direct association of data with user. This includes, but is not limited to, user’s name, email.
Collected data - all informations collected during your usage of a Extiri product including, but not limited to, personal informations.

Changes to terms
Privacy policy may change from time to time. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, to improve clarity or to reflect changes in our product or business. When we do, we will post an updated version on our website, including the date that these Terms were last updated. By continuing to use our Services, you consent to the revised Terms.
Consent
You agree to Privacy Policy by downloading, installing, accessing and using any of Extiri products. This consent is required for usage of Services. If user decides to resign, they should delete their data (described in Data deletion section) and stop using Extiri product.
Third-party service providers
Exitiri products may use third-party services provided by other entities. Their privacy policies may also apply to user and to which, by using, buying or registering an Extiri product, user also consent. These are the services used by Extiri products:

Collected data
The data that is collected by Extiri may depend on a Extiri product used by user. During usage of Extiri’s website, this data may be collected:
- country or region, from which user accessed website
During usage of CodeMenu this data may be collected (here, device means a device from which CodeMenu is used and CodeMenu means a instance of CodeMenu product used on this device):
- Architecture of device (e.g. x86_64)
- App version of CodeMenu
- Random user ID, not associated with user
- Build number of CodeMenu
- Information whether CodeMenu has been downloaded from App Store or TestFlight
- Information whether CodeMenu is a debug or simulator version
- Locale used by CodeMenu (e.g. en_US)
- Operating system and it’s version on which CodeMenu is running (e.g. macOS 12.1)
- Model name of device
- Target environment of CodeMenu (e.g. native)
- Version of Telemetry client used by CodeMenu (e.g. 1.1.5)
- Session ID, informing whether subsequent signals come from the same session of CodeMenu (e.g. CodeMenu has been closed)
- a hashed (MD5 algorithm) version of user’s email
When you create a Extiri account, which is used by products like CodeMenu and Snippets Store, only user’s username, email and password are collected and stored on the server. Username may be accessible by other users. User will use email and password to access the account. Email may also be used by Extiri for communication with user. During your communication with Extiri via official communication methods (methods informed including, but not limited to, email from extiri.com domain, more data may be asked to be provided.
Data deletion
User can delete theirs Extiri account (which includes all personal informations collected by Extiri (username, email, password)) using an option within CodeMenu preferences. Process of account deletion may last 30 days, after which all user data from database is deleted.

CCPA Privacy Policy (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. I encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity, especially on services (e.g. Snippets Store), which data are provided by other users, whose content is moderated, but the content may not always be removed immediately after the violation of the terms of use occurs. Extiri does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information to Extiri, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
